Getting Started

1. Place the scale on a hard and flat surface. Avoid using on carpets or soft surfaces.
2. Install the 3 AAA batteries included in the package.
3. Download the RENPHO app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and create an account.
4. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and open the RENPHO app.
5. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your scale with your smartphone.

Using the Scale

1. Make sure your smartphone is within Bluetooth range of the scale.
2. Step onto the scale with bare feet, ensuring all four sensors are in contact with your feet.
3. Your body weight will be displayed on the scale, and the app will show additional body composition metrics.
4. Step off the scale and view your results in the RENPHO app.
