2. Installation

To install the Wansview Q5 WiFi camera, follow these steps:

1. Place the camera on a flat surface or mount it on the wall using the included bracket and screws.
2. Plug the camera into a power outlet using the provided power adapter and Micro USB cable.

3. Connecting to WiFi

Connect the camera to a 2.4G WiFi network (5G is not supported) by following these steps:

1. Download the Wansview Cloud app on your iOS or Android device.
2. Open the app and create an account or log in if you already have one.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to connect the camera to your WiFi network.

4. Using the Wansview Cloud App

With the Wansview Cloud app, you can:

The camera is equipped with 4 pcs 940nm IR LEDs that provide clear black and white night vision up to 5 meters, without light pollution.

8. Motion Detection

1. Open the Wansview Cloud app and select the camera you want to configure.
2. Go to the camera settings and enable motion detection.
3. Configure the sensitivity and detection area as desired.

When motion is detected, you will receive an alert notification and a 10-second video will be recorded and sent to your phone.

A: No, this camera doesn't work with iSmartview pro App. It works with Wansview Cloud App.

Q: Can you disable the sound recording?
A: Yes, you can disable the sound recording by covering the microphone or putting up a sign that says "audio recording in progress".

Q: Can you view all of cameras at once?
A: Yes, the Wansview Cloud App supports viewing up to 4 cameras on the same screen at the same time.

A: This camera works on the 2.4 wireless band only.

Q: Can I mount this inside a car that’s parked within my Wi-Fi range?
