Instructions for Use

1. Charge the massage gun using the provided charger. Plug the charger into an AC100~240V outlet and connect it to the charging port on the bottom of the massage gun. Charge until the battery indicator on the LCD touch screen shows full.
2. Select the appropriate massage head for your desired muscle group or body part. Attach the massage head by pushing it into the massage gun until it clicks into place. To remove, simply pull the massage head out.
3. Turn on the massage gun by pressing and holding the power button on the LCD touch screen for 3 seconds. The screen will light up, and the battery level and current speed level will be displayed.
4. Adjust the speed level by tapping the '+' or '-' buttons on the LCD touch screen. There are 20 speed levels available, ranging from 1500 RPM to 3200 RPM.
5. Apply the massage gun to the desired area of your body, making sure to hold the device firmly. Move the massage gun slowly and steadily across the targeted muscle group. Adjust the speed level and massage head as needed for optimal relief.
6. After use, turn off the massage gun by pressing and holding the power button for 3 seconds. The screen will go dark, indicating that the device is off.
