A: Every time this unit is powered on, it defaults to 50% volume. To increase the volume, you must HOLD THE PLUS BUTTON for more than 2 seconds, the longer you hold it the louder it will get, up to max, which beeps. Once you've turned the volume all the way up, then use the source volume (i.e. your phone) to adjust the maximum range.

Q: I can only pick up 3-5 FM stations and I'm in the suburbs. Is this normal?
A: The unit will detect all the available frequencies near you. If you're having a hard time getting stations, please try to place the unit in an open area then scan available frequencies again. A: This product has two speakers - one is a mid/high tweeter and the other is a powered woofer. While technically not a stereo speaker, it sounds great if set up properly.

Q: Is it really 200 W?
A: The wireless boombox Bluetooth speaker is equipped w/ a 4" tweeter w/ 200 watts peak power / 100W RMS at 4 ohm for full range surround stereo sound reproduction and ported enclosure for extended bass.

Q: When playing via SD card, does it shuffle the songs or just goes in order of the file names?
A: This product does not have a shuffle feature on SD or USB mode. You can only use it using Bluetooth.

Q: Is it supposed to be playing out of both speakers? When I turned it on, it seems to only be playing out of the left speaker.
A: The left speaker is a mid/high tweeter, and the right speaker at the other end of the tube is a powered woofer. It's not technically a stereo speaker, but it sounds great if set up properly. Besides, stereo is overrated for small Bluetooth speakers. Just stand this one up on the woofer side close to a wall and it sounds great.
