2. Connecting the Soundbar

The soundbar can be connected to your devices using the following options:

• Wireless Bluetooth 5.0 connection
• Optical connection
• AUX (3.5mm) connection
• RCA connection
• Coaxial connection

Choose the appropriate connection method for your device and follow the instructions provided in the user manual.

3. Button Control

Press the "M" button on the soundbar or the corresponding button on the remote control to select or switch your connection mode. The connected LED indicator on the soundbar will turn blue and the soundbar will be ready to operate.

For better sound quality, set the soundbar volume to 80 percent of maximum and adjust the volume of your source device to a suitable level.

4. Remote Control

Use the remote control to select your desired equalizer mode (Music, Movie, or News) for a wide stereo effect throughout the room. The remote control is only available for the soundbar and has an effective distance of up to 5 meters.

5. Mounting the Soundbar

The soundbar has a slim design and can be wall-mounted using the included wall mount kit. Follow the instructions provided in the user manual to securely mount the soundbar on a wall.

6. Troubleshooting Tips

• Ensure that the audio cable is connected to the TV audio output and the soundbar audio input.
• For optical connection, set your TV audio output to "Optical" and the digital audio format to "PCM."
• Disable Dolby and DTS on your TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, YouTube, and other streaming video apps.
• Adjust your device's audio settings to Stereo instead of Dolby when playing on Netflix, Prime, etc.

Q: How do I connect the soundbar to my TV?

A: You can connect the soundbar to your TV using Wireless Bluetooth 5.0, Optical, AUX (3.5mm), RCA, or Coaxial connection. Choose the appropriate connection method for your TV and follow the instructions provided in the user manual.

Q: Can I use this soundbar with my gaming console?

A: Yes, the soundbar is ideal for gaming, TVs, monitors, flat screens, and smart TVs. It works well with all TV sizes and can be connected to various devices, including gaming consoles.

A: The effective distance of the remote control is within 5 meters.

Q: Does the soundbar support Dolby and DTS?

A: No, the soundbar does not support Dolby and DTS. Please disable Dolby and DTS on your TV and streaming video apps and adjust the audio settings to Stereo instead.

Q: Can I mount the soundbar on a wall?

A: Yes, the soundbar can be wall-mounted using the included wall mount kit. Follow the instructions provided in the user manual to securely mount the soundbar on a wall.

Q: What types of devices can this soundbar be connected to?
A: The soundbar can be connected to most types of devices via Wireless Bluetooth 5.0 connection, Optical, AUX(3.5mm), RCA, or Coaxial connection. It can easily connect to your home theater, Smart TV, PC, phone, projector, DVDs, laptop, desktop, tablets, pad, and more.

Q: Does this soundbar have HDMI or ARC?
A: No, it doesn't. This soundbar has 3 kinds of interface: Optical, Coaxial, RCA(AUX input) now. And Optical, RCA/Coaxial audio cables are included. You can also connect Bluetooth-enabled devices via Bluetooth.

Q: Can you connect it to a TV that is not a smart TV?
A: Yes, you can connect it to a TV that is not a smart TV. It has an auxiliary cable along with a coax cable. So you would have to look at what cable connections your TV has.

Q: What Bluetooth codecs are supported?
A: Our soundbars do not currently support aptx Audio decode. But you can try SBC or AAC Audio decodes. Usually for DSP audio processing that SBC or AAC Audio decodes supported for BT audio. mSBC voice codecs supported for BT phone.

Q: Do you have to turn on the speaker each time you turn on the TV?
A: The soundbar requires the TV to have this function if it is to be switched on and off together with the TV. But every TV is different.. Therefore, the soundbar does not need to be switched on and off with the TV. Just leave the soundbar on when you are not using it.

Q: How do I switch between the 3 sound modes?
A: You can switch between the 3 equalizer modes (Music, Movie, and News modes) using the remote control. Press the corresponding button on the remote control or the "M" button on the soundbar, and the connected LED indicator in the soundbar will turn blue and the soundbar will be ready to operate.

Q: Does it automatically connect to a device when in pairing mode? Does it automatically come on when TV is turned on?
A: No, it does not automatically connect to a device when in pairing mode. You have to turn on the soundbar with the remote and wait a few seconds to connect to your TV. If you want to then pair it to another device, you have to disconnect from the TV's Bluetooth and then connect it to the new device.

Q: Is there a manual available for the remote control?
A: Yes, there is a manual that comes with it, and you can also download it.

Q: Does this soundbar have FM radio?
A: No, our soundbar does not include FM radio, but it is possible to connect it.

Q: How long is the cord for the subwoofer to the speaker?
A: The cord for the subwoofer to the speakers is 1.5 meters long. The connection cable of the subwoofer is fixed in the back of the subwoofer.
