Getting Started

1. Unbox your BURSTkids Kids Electric Toothbrush and ensure all components are included: toothbrush, charging station, power cord, and brush head.
2. Attach the brush head to the toothbrush handle by aligning the bristles with the handle and gently pressing the brush head onto the handle until it clicks into place.
3. Before using the toothbrush for the first time, charge it by placing it on the charging station and connecting the power cord to an electrical outlet. Allow the toothbrush to charge for at least 24 hours.

Using the Toothbrush

1. Wet the bristles of the toothbrush with water.
2. Apply a small amount of toothpaste to the bristles or directly onto your child's teeth.
3. Turn on the toothbrush by pressing the power button. Choose between the two brushing modes: sensitive mode for ticklish mouths or tender gums, and standard mode for full power.
4. Guide your child in brushing their teeth using gentle, circular motions, making sure to reach all areas of their mouth. The built-in 2-minute timer will pause every 30 seconds, prompting your child to move to the next part of their mouth.
5. After 2 minutes, the toothbrush will automatically turn off. Rinse the bristles with water and store the toothbrush in an upright position to air dry.

1. Replace the brush head every 12 weeks or sooner if the bristles become worn or frayed.
2. Keep the toothbrush clean by regularly wiping the handle and charging station with a damp cloth.
3. Recharge the toothbrush as needed. A single charge provides up to 4 weeks of twice-daily use.

Q: Is the brush head (the part that goes in the mouth) silicone as well?
A: Yes, I believe so.

Q: I bought 2 kids toothbrushes. My pink one came with charging cord and adapter. The blue one came with only a charging cord. Why??
A: Our Toothbrushes no longer include wall adapters, however, while this is a new process you may see some products that still have the adapter included. Our charges are compatible with any USB wall plug adapter!

Q: How long does the battery last once fully charged?
A: A really long time….I think I have only charged it once or twice and have had it for months and my kid uses it twice a day.

Q: I'm an adult with a small jaw and not a lot of room in my mouth. I usually have to buy an adult toothbrush with the small head. Can I use this?
A: Yes, you can use this if that is what is best for you. The brush head is smaller than our adult brush so this may work for you.

Q: Is the smiley face on the toothbrush and charging base supposed to light up?
A: No, only the plus sign on the bottom of the brush will light up.

Q: Can a 6-year-old use this?
A: Yes, bought it for my nephew he was 5 at the time and loved it.

Q: Is there supposed to be a light that lights up when the toothbrush is charging?
A: Yes, the plus sign button will light up red while charging. Once charging has complete the light will go out.

Q: Will the warranty be honored if I buy this in the USA and use it in Australia?
A: BURST does not currently ship to Australia. We are working to expand our shipping to Australia soon. You can use your brush overseas but BURST would not be able to send a replacement to you if that was needed. We currently ship to the US, UK, and Canada.
