How to Use

1. Place the knee massager wraps around your knees, with the control panels facing outwards. Make sure the wraps are labeled for the left and right knees.
2. Adjust the Velcro straps to fit your leg size. The wraps can accommodate up to 20 inches for the upper calf and 26 inches for the lower thigh.
3. Plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet.
4. Press the power button on the control panel to turn on the knee massager.
5. Select the desired mode by pressing the "Mode" button. There are 3 modes available: Sequence, Circulation, and Combination.
6. Choose the desired air pressure intensity by pressing the "Intensity" button. There are 3 intensities available: Low, Medium, and High.
7. Press the "Heat" button to activate the heating function. Choose between low heat (104°F) and high heat (113°F) by pressing the "Heat" button again.
8. Enjoy the massage for up to 20 minutes. The device will automatically shut off after 20 minutes to prevent over-massaging. Press the power button to start a new session if desired.
9. When finished, press the power button to turn off the knee massager. Unplug the power adapter from the electrical outlet and store the knee massager wraps in the provided storage bag.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Do not submerge the knee massager wraps in water or machine wash them. To clean the wraps, wipe them with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemicals.
