Getting Started

1. Charge the headphones using the provided USB charging cable. Connect the cable to the charging port on the headphones and to a 5.0V==1.0A (or higher than 1.0A) charger. The indicator light will turn red while charging and blue when fully charged.
2. Turn on the headphones by pressing and holding the multi-function button for 2 seconds. The indicator light will flash blue and red, indicating that the headphones are in pairing mode.
3. Enable Bluetooth on your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.) and search for available devices. Select "KVIDIO" from the list of devices to pair with the headphones. Once connected, the indicator light will turn blue.

Controls

• Power on/off: Press and hold the multi-function button for 2 seconds.
• Play/pause: Press the multi-function button once.
• Volume up: Press the "+" button.
• Volume down: Press the "-" button.
• Next track: Press and hold the "+" button for 2 seconds.
• Previous track: Press and hold the "-" button for 2 seconds.
• Answer/end call: Press the multi-function button once during an incoming call.
• Reject call: Press and hold the multi-function button for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
• Activate voice assistant (Siri or Google Assistant): Double press the multi-function button.

Q: When Bluetooth connected, will this headset auto answer calls?

A: No, you have to push the middle button to answer calls.

Q: How do I get the mic to work?

A: The mic works great actually, I use it for phone calls regularly.

Q: What is the "real world" battery life on these headphones?

A: The last time I charged these was about three weeks ago and they're still going. BUT, my usage is low. I only use them about an hour a day and I shut them off when not in use. In my opinion, battery life is solid.

A: It's a little difficult to tell what case but I bought these universal ones that's meant for foldable headphones and they fit snugged a little tight but they fit...

Q: How to know when the battery is getting low?

A: It will start to announce that it's pairing, since the connection is becoming unstable.

Q: When I charge my KVIDIO headphones, it turns red but 10 seconds later it changes from red to blue. When I try turning it on, it doesn't turn on?

A: Make sure it is disconnected from Bluetooth. Try charging it again. If it is connected to your phone, it should tell you what percentage it is. I sometimes have trouble turning it on. Turn them off, disconnect Bluetooth, and then turn everything back on.

Q: How do I turn it on?

A: The little booklet that comes with it gives clear instructions, but if you are having trouble, the controls to turn it on/off; and volume up/down are on the side of the right side of the earphones, right on the earphone itself. They are the same color as the earphones so maybe hard to locate. Put them on your head, get close to the device you want to use them with, push the little button to on (little blue light comes on) and turn in Bluetooth, they pair automatically.

Q: Charged 18 hours. Still blinks red. Blue light does not appear and stay on as per manual?
