Getting Started

1. Insert the 3 AAA batteries (included) into the battery compartment on the back of the scale.
2. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface for accurate measurements.
3. Download the FITDAYS app from the App Store or Google Play, or scan the QR code in the instruction manual to download the app.
4. Connect your iOS or Android smartphone to the scale via Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity.

Using the Scale

1. Step onto the scale with bare feet, ensuring that your feet are in contact with the four metal electrodes on the surface of the scale.
2. The scale will automatically turn on and display your weight on the LCD screen.
3. Your weight and other body composition measurements will be automatically synced to the FITDAYS app on your smartphone.
4. View your body composition data, including Body Fat Percentage, BMI, BMR, Muscle mass, Bone mass, Lean body mass, Visceral fat, and more, in the FITDAYS app.

FAQ

Q: Can I get all information other than weight to display on the scale, or is a phone required?

A: All the info is shared through the app on your phone. To our knowledge, only the weight displays on the scale's LED screen.

Q: Does this work with the Google Fit app?

A: The scale works with the FITDAYS app, which is available on both iOS and Android devices. It is not directly compatible with the Google Fit app.

Q: How do I turn it on? Batteries are in, nothing.

A: Tap your foot on one of the metal parts near the top. If that doesn't work, try new batteries.

Q: Does it work with Fitbit?
