2. Setting Up Your Turntable

1. Place the turntable on a flat, stable surface.
2. Install the platter and drive belt. Place the slip mat on top of the platter.
3. Insert the counterweight onto the back of the tonearm. Adjust the counterweight until the tonearm achieves a nice and natural balance.
4. Turn the tracking force gauge ring to the zero position. Then turn the counterweight and the tracking force gauge ring together until the center line value matches the recommended tracking force (e.g., 3g).
5. Attach the dust cover by inserting its hinges into the slots on the back of the turntable.
6. Plug the power adapter into the turntable and a power outlet.

3. Operating Your Turntable

1. Press the power switch button to turn on the turntable.
2. Select the desired output mode (Line or Phono) using the pre-amplifier selector switch.
3. Set the platter rotation speed to match the speed of your record (33 or 45 RPM).
4. Remove the stylus protective cover and raise the tonearm using the lift control lever.
5. Place the tonearm in the desired position on the record and lower it using the lift control lever.
6. Adjust the anti-skate control if needed.
