Charging the Earbuds and Case

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Make sure the charging contacts on the earbuds align with the charging pins in the case.
2. Connect the micro-USB charging cable to the charging case and a USB power source (not included).
3. The LED indicator on the charging case will light up to indicate charging. When fully charged, the LED indicator will turn off.

Pairing the Earbuds with Your Device

1. Remove the earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically turn on and enter pairing mode.
2. On your Bluetooth-enabled device, go to the Bluetooth settings and search for available devices.
3. Select "T12" from the list of available devices to connect.

Resetting the Earbuds

1. Delete the "T12" earbuds device from the Bluetooth list on your device.
2. Take out both earbuds from the charging case and turn them off (see Power off - Method 2 in the User Manual).
3. Long press the MFB of both earbuds for 15 seconds until the orange and white lights flash for 1 second, then power off automatically.
4. Turn on both earbuds (see Power on - Method 2 in the User Manual) after 2 seconds, double press MFB of both earbuds, and they will connect to each other. After connecting successfully, both LED lights will have orange and white lights flicker alternately.
5. After resetting, reconnect the earbuds to your device following the pairing instructions above.

Troubleshooting Tips

• If the earbuds are not connecting to your device or each other, try resetting them following the reset instructions above.
• If you experience poor sound quality, ensure the earbuds are properly seated in your ears and try adjusting the volume on your device.
• If the earbuds are not charging, make sure the charging contacts are clean and properly aligned with the charging pins in the case.
