3. Download the Fitdays app on your smartphone and create an account.
4. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone and open the Fitdays app.
5. Step on the scale with bare feet, making sure to evenly distribute your weight.
6. The scale will automatically sync with the Fitdays app and display your body composition data.
