FAQ:
Q: Can these be used on an airplane?
A: Yes, these headphones are perfect to use on an airplane. With these headphones on, you hardly hear any outside noises. They are super comfortable so I wear them for long hours (like watching movies on the plane).

Q: What earpiece cover do I need to replace my originals?
A: Were you able to get replacement earpiece covers?

Q: Will this work with ANY phone that has a 3.5mm input jack?
A: Yes.

Q: Can these headphones plug into the jack on airplanes to watch movies on their screen at your seat?
A: Haven't tried to use them on a plane but headphones come with two jacks (one for Apple products and one for Android products). One of these, probably the latter, should work on a plane.

Q: Does it come with a case?
A: Yes, it comes in a leather zipper case.

Q: How do these work on the airplane? With earbuds, I cannot hear the music at all.
A: This set is to cover the ears so full sound. This is not just earbuds but an on-ear headphone.

Q: Where can I buy replacement ear cushions for these?
A: I don’t know! I still have the original ear cushions! I would suggest looking on Amazon or Bose websites!

Q: Can these headphones be used in a studio? As in by an announcer?
A: No, they cannot.

Q: Can it be used for other cellphones such as Google Nexus?
A: It just says iPhone and Samsung Galaxy.

Q: Does it have a microphone?
A: Yes, the Bose Headphones do have a microphone.

Reviews:
- 2014 Model
I skeptically ordered these halfway expecting to have a fraudulent product sent to my house and when I got them I checked the serial number on the Bose website. It said that the serial couldn't be found so I called customer service. She said that the warranty was due to expire in Feb 2016 (I purchased these in Jan 2016). She then let me know that this model was manufactured in August of 2014, however, Bose would honor their typical warranty for one year after the purchase date. Meaning that even though these are an old model you can show Bose the date you purchased them from Amazon and that should reset your warranty. I thought I would post this here in case anyone else was curious about this particular model. They seem totally fine although I don't know if the price was fair for a 2-year-old product. I plan on keeping them because they are compact and I don't have much space to transport headphones every day.

- Not good for TV if hearing impaired
These may be great headphones but they were not what we needed. We ordered these headphones to replace our original Bose noise-canceling headphones that my husband sometimes needs to hear the TV. They plugged into the TV with an additional cable and had a volume control that allowed my husband and me to watch TV at the same time with me keeping the volume on the TV at a low level and my husband at maximum level through his headset. I saw that a Reviewer had asked whether they plugged into the TV and the response was that they did and I thought they would be the same as the old ones.. These did plug into our Samsung TV and you could hear through them, but there is no volume control. So if you have hearing difficulties and need ones that allow you to raise the volume really loud, these aren't for you. The product description was a bit confusing to me as well because it mentioned phones but I didn't realize they are primarily for phones. Perhaps those more technically aware wouldn't make my mistake.

- Very comfortable earpieces
Very comfortable earpieces. Cord was extremely long, not good for travel or daily use away from a computer (but of course, a shorter one can be purchased separately). No fifth star because the sound wasn't good enough to listen to lectures while traveling/on the street. Probably this is not the headphones' fault--just know that it does not come with any kind of noise cancellation or isolation aside from the somewhat thick earpieces. I've been shopping for a good product for this purpose for some time, and after trying EVERYTHING else, have finally settled on the ridiculously priced Bose QuietComfort 35, which do the best job so far (now I can listen to lectures on the subway).

- Great sound, comfort meh. They are not uncomfortable, but if your ears are sensitive...
I have a problem with earphones making my ears hurt, the outside of the ears, not inside. These got really good reviews for being comfortable. I LOVE the sound, and they are pretty good about shutting out other noises. However, the comfort factor is just okay. Seems like the cheap, plain foam headphones are just the most comfortable out there. The sound is so great on these though, I will continue to use them.

- The padding on the ears is so comfortable and I don't sweat under them
Absolutely what I expected and more. The padding on the ears is so comfortable and I don't sweat under them. The quality of the sound just stopped me right there by plugging in. I was going to watch a movie
