A: Return it! That's what I had to do. :(
Q: Do these fit in both air bud pro gen 2 or 3 case?
A: I don't know for sure, but I do have an earlier Tzumi Soundmate version and the ear buds and carrying case are a different size. The newer earbuds will not fit in the older case.
Q: Is there a place I can buy replacement charging cord for these? Or can you tell me what kind of cord it is?
A: Standard charging cord for Android.
Q: Are they water proof?
A: No, they are not water proof.
Q: Do other case covers exist?
A: I think I remember seeing one in blue at one point. I just bought a lightly used one since the price almost doubled and I needed a new set since one went out after 6mos. It is light pink but it doesn't want to stay on. Not sure if Tzumi can offer a different color unless you see one on Amazon.
Q: I have a general question, can these headphones fit AirPod Pro cases?
A: I doubt they would fit in an Airpod case. However, they come in a plastic charging case with a silicone cover which holds up well.
