A: Let's start by resetting the speakers and then re-pairing them to your audio device. Please go into your mobile device and forget/delete the speakers from your Bluetooth settings. Speaker reset:
1. With the speakers on, press and hold the Volume + and - button on each speaker for a couple of seconds until the speakers give a double beep. (The speaker will shut off)
2. Forget AR Santa Cruz in your audio device Bluetooth settings.
3. Turn the speaker on.
4. Repeat the pairing process.
Now, let's pair the speakers again by following the steps below.
1. Place the speakers within a few feet of each other. (The closer the better when first pairing the speakers together)
2. If you haven't done so already, temporarily turn off the Bluetooth on the mobile or audio device that you wish to pair to the speakers.
