- Purchased two of these locally from Micro-center and have been using for over a year. Had to purchase when I saw this deal. One of the mics rattles when you move it as if something has broken off inside of it. Sound quality is still good though. The rattle still worries me though.
- Great for the price! Still waiting on my second mic but thought I would write a review anyways. Headset is not the best but good enough for monitoring levels. When it comes to the mic, I run it through a cloudlifter then record everything to the Zoom H6. The cloudlifter is necessary for this purchase or pretty much any mic depending on how you are recording.
- If you are looking for a podcaster setup, this gets you there pretty quick. Best ever, no, but really good for the money.
- The microphone is very good, but you will need a good audio interface or preamplifier like the Cloudlifter, TNT, Klark Technic, Coda, etc. as using it directly might result in considerable noise. The headphones are great for recording or even editing but are a bit uncomfortable initially.
