A: The charging case with 400mAh battery. Only 2 hours needed to fully charge the case. The earbuds can be charged up to three times when the charging case is on a 100% charge state and used for 5.5 hours at a single session at moderate volume.
Q: Can other people hear you well on the mic? Does it work with wireless charger?
A: Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) keeps your voice high at all times, and the voice of other callers is also very clear, just like a face-to-face conversation. The charging case is via a wire cable. And the charging for earbuds is wireless.
Q: Do you have any earbuds that last more than 2 hours?
A: Sorry, we don't have other styles of earbuds yet. But these earbuds can last 5.5 hours (medium volume) after being fully charged. And the charging box can recharge the earbuds 3 times.

A: As far as I know, it's not something you actually have to activate. It's just on all the time.

A: When you use a single one for a call, it will not affect the charging of the other one. When you use a pair of earbuds for a call, earbuds cannot charge. You must put the earbuds in the charging case to charge.
Q: How do you mute your microphone on and off?
A: I don't think you can. The touch screen buttons are extremely sensitive. For instance, I have to place the earbuds in my ear before I answer a call. If I try to reposition the earbuds in my ear during a call, they will hang up.
