A: To reset the earbuds, delete all “D7” from the Bluetooth menu on your phone and deactivate the Bluetooth setting. Then place both earphones into the charging case correctly, touch and hold both earbuds’ touch control area for about 8 secs, quick double-tap the 2 earrbuds at the same time immediately once blue indicator light is on. If there is solid white light on, that means the reset works.
