Put the two headphones back into the headphone case, wait five seconds, and take them out at the same time. Wait about 5-8 seconds for the two earbuds to pair with each other. When only one earphone light flashes, it means both headsets have been paired successfully. Turn on your device Bluetooth to connect.

A: When answering a call, tap the earbud to answer. Some iOS phones may have no sound due to a system issue if you tap Answer Call on your phone. To solve this problem, tap only once on the earbud when answering a call, not on the phone. If you tap to answer the call on the phone, you will only hear the voice on the phone. Then you need to switch the voice channel to the earbuds.

Great BANG for your bucks!
These headphones arrived perfectly RIGHT on time. I MUCH APPRECIATED their pairing ease. I completely enjoy the sound quality, even at low levels I hear EVERYTHING in my music. Phone calls are crisp and clear. Battery life is AMAZING, hours and hours of running errands and doing chores on one full charge. They charge fast also. Additionally, they're light, comfortable and secure, making them in my humble opinion a great purchase, particularly at their price point.

I am kinda surprised about product quality. Sound quality is good. It holds on well in my ear while running or doing any physical activity. The charging case is small and compact which makes it easy to carry around with me when travelling or going to work.
