A: To turn off back-to-back mode for pairing mode, just clear "VEAT00L MD012" on the Bluetooth list of your phone and then place both earbuds into the case and close it. Then take both earbuds out. They will enter pairing mode automatically.

A: Please use a USB C charging cable to charge the case and then put both earbuds into the case. Earbuds will be recharged again. If this method does not work, please contact us via the email in the end of the user manual. Then we will send a replacement to you or help you solve it.
